Our Theatre 101 class will focus on attendees learning about the basic principles of theatre, how to perform on stage, how productions are put together through arts and theatre tech sessions, how to be more confident on stage, and how to work in ensemble groups for a performance.
Camp runs Monday through Friday from 9-4 (lunch not provided) with a final performance on the Friday of the camp at 6:30PM.
Camp is limited to the first 20 registrants. Additional camps may be opened up if registration warrants it.
Theater 102-Intermediate theatre arts.
July 13th-17th. Attendees must have either taken the theatre 101 camp or shown to the instructors a basic understanding of theatre principles, etiquette, and terminology.
Theatre 102 attendees will spend a week designing their own skits and scenes including lighting, sound tech, costumes, and the stage performance as well as getting additional instruction in improv techniques, performance techniques and a first hand experience with how all aspects of theatre come together to create a performance.
Camp runs Monday through Friday from 9-4 (lunch not provided) with a final performance on the Friday of the camp at 6:30PM.
