Tiny Tykes class (12-23 months) is designed for little ones who are just learning to move independently. Our trainers will focus on the early motor (gross and fine) development skills seen in children 12-23 months. Parents/guardians are required to remain at our studio during the lesson and are encouraged to participate with their little one during the activities.
Early Explorers class (2-3 years) focuses on the fundamental gross (running, jumping, throwing, etc.) and fine motor skills (tying, zipping, twisting, etc.). These classes will involve activities that are age appropriate while incorporating academic concepts (colors, numbers, letters, shapes, etc.). Parents/guardians are required to remain at our studio during the lesson and may participate with their little one during the activities.
Mini Movers class is for children ages 4 to 6 years. Children are learning to perform most fundamental movement skills (running, jumping, galloping, hopping and more). Each lesson will include fun fitness activities and/or games to keep your little ones active and engaged. Our lessons may include obstacle courses, scavenger hunts, and fun fitness twists on games (Mr. Fox, Bingo, Tic-Tac-Toe, Musical Hoops) and more!
Fundamental Fitness class (7-9 years) is structured to target the following fitness components: cardio, strength, agility, balance, and flexibility. Each class will be slightly different but may include strength stations, obstacle courses, relays, and more!
Teen Class (13-18 years) is a class young adults who are looking for a full body workout! Each class incorporates strength, cardio, agility, balance, and flexibility exercises through the use of weights, kettlebells, TRX suspension straps, box jumps, and more!
Advanced Movement class (10-12 years) incorporates multiple fitness components (cardio, strength, agility, balance, and flexibility). Each class will include age and developmentally appropriate equipment (light weights, TRX suspension straps, box jumps, etc.)
