• Chef Daniel, the proprietor of the Naughty Pig, was born in the foodie capital of the USA, Chicago and grew up in the wine country of Southern California; Temecula. Graduated Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School in Portland Oregon in 2007 where he was recruited as an intern for the highly acclaimed Relais & Chateaux rated hotels/restaurant, Triple Creek Ranch in the Bitterroot Mountains of western Montana.
• Chef Daniel worked his way thru the kitchen and became Sous Chef in 2010 and was instrumental in Triple Creek Ranch obtaining the #1 Hotel in North America for 3 years in a row at Travel & Leisure Magazine Top Hotel 100 ratings. Note: Triple Creek Ranch was rated #1 in the world in 2014 by Travel & Leisure magazine.
• Chef Daniel’s experience with complete daily menu changes and nightly wine pairing dinners for guests has shaped his creative culinary abilities. Working with the finest products and ingredients in the world has developed Chef Daniel’s impeccable taste for “all things good!”
